
A settlement offer has been made by the prosecution in the case of a man who reportedly stabbed a man to death in Green Bay.
Wesley Brice is facing numerous charges for the March 15th incident of the West Side of Green Bay, including 1st Degree Intentional Homicide.
Brice reportedly stabbed a bartender at Rockabilly’s bar before also stabbing a 70-year-old man to death as he waited for a train to pass.
Brice has entered pleas of not guilty and not guilty by reason of mental disease or defect.
His lawyer, Matthew Kolell told the court that additional time was needed for Brice to review the settlement offer.
