Home sales in Manitowoc County declined slightly last month.
According to statistics released by the Wisconsin Realtors Association, the number of sales compared to last November fell by 7.5% from 107 to 99.
Plus the homes that were sold were on the market for an average of six more days, 75 days last month compared to 69 in November 2020.
There is a bit of good news for sellers, as the median price rose by 9.2%.
In November of last year the average home sold for $142,000, and last month that average rose to $155,000.
The median price change was nearly the same statewide, where an increase of 7.6% was reported, from $223,000 last year to $240,000 last month.
The number of sales statewide was virtually unchanged, only declining by 0.8%, while the average days on the market dropped by 12.3% from 81 days last year to 71 last month.
