Students at Green Bay Preble High School will see several changes as they go to class today.
A letter was sent to families of students at the school, where administrators outlined several changes that are being implemented this week.
First, students will only be able to enter and exit the school using doors 1 and 21, unless there is an emergency, and backpacks will not be allowed.
Students are being asked to only bring necessary items, with drawstring bags being provided.
Also, student identification will be verified when entering the school.
Students will be required to show their ID each time they enter or wait to have their identification verified.
These changes are only in place for this week as of now, but school officials will determine if they will continue after the winter break.
