Another new healthy food option is coming to Manitowoc next month.
Grow It Forward has announced that their newest venture, Café Harmony, will be opening up in Mid-January.
Café Harmony will offer bakery, light lunch items, and a coffee bar, which will have coffee supplied by another Wisconsin business, Boom Coffee.
The menu will also include ingredients locally sourced through the indoor hydroponic farms at Grow It Forward.
Matthew Brooke will be serving as manager of the Café.
An exact opening date has not yet been released, nor has any hours of operation.
