A five-year prison sentence was given to a Green Bay man convicted of his 18th DWI.
Wallace Bowers was arrested earlier this year after a crash in Green Bay.
He pleaded no contest to the charges.
Bowers, who is 74-years-old, said he was sober for a decade but the stress of the pandemic pushed him to slide back into his drinking habit
