An artist from Mishicot is continuing to make his mark.
Earlier this year, we reported on Michael Sponholtz, a Tisch Mills native whose team of snow sculptors added to the aesthetic of Lambeau Field for the Packers Playoff game with snow sculptures including a giant Green Bay Packer helmet.
Now Sponholtz is making waves for his paintings.
The Savoy Automobile Museum opened its doors in Cartersville Georgia earlier this week and features three car portraits created by the local artist.
One of these paintings is an 8′ 9″ tall, 10′ wide painting of a blue 1932 Buick.
Now, Sponholtz is on his way to Switzerland, as he and his team will be competing in a snow sculpting competition.
Congratulations Michael, and good luck in Switzerland.
