A 40-year-old Fond du Lac man was arrested after it was determined that he started a fire in a home.
The fire was reported to the Fond du Lac Fire Department at around 3:00 PM Tuesday.
Crews responded to the structure on North Macy Street and quickly extinguished the blaze.
There were no injuries, but the home suffered extensive damage.
Crews quickly called the incident suspicious and determined the fire was set intentionally.
After a short investigation, the yet unidentified Fond du Lac resident was arrested.
It is not clear how many charges the man is facing.
