The Brown County court date for a former Green Bay teacher accused of inappropriate touching has been delayed.
David Villareal has denied the allegations. He was supposed to go on trial next Monday. Now, the case is scheduled for March of next year. A motion hearing is on the calendar for January 21st.
This is the third time the trial has been put off. The original court date for Villareal was last July and it was then postponed until October. Villareal taught second grade at Baird Elementary School.
One of the victims said she was forced to confront the teacher after reporting the problem. Her mother transferred her to another school after that.
