Antetokounmpo finished with 40 points, a dozen rebounds, and nine assists.
The two stars traded jerseys after the intense game.
DeMarcus Cousins scored seven points and had four rebounds in 14 minutes in his first game with Milwaukee.
Khris Middleton hit two 3-pointers and went 3-for-3 from the free-throw line in the closing minutes.
