Five of the six Manitowoc County Board members whose positions are up for grabs in the spring will be running for reelection, while one is not.
David Dyzak of District 22 has filed his non-candidacy forms, and will not be running for reelection in April.
Meanwhile, Jim Brey (District 4), Jamie Aulik (District 11), Ryan Phipps (District 11) Charles Hagen Sr (District 24), and Don Weiss (District 24) will all be looking to keep their roles on the County Board.
Emily Walker has filed to run to be the Multi-Jurisdictional Judge for City of Two Rivers and Village of Mishicot.
Anyone wishing to run for any of these positions must file their paperwork with the County Clerk’s Office by 5:00 PM on January 4th.
The Spring Election is scheduled for April 5th, and the primary, if necessary, will take place on February 15th.
