COVID-19 has hit one Sheboygan Elementary School rather hard.
The outbreak at Etude Elementary School began last Thursday, as they surpassed the 5% infected threshold to institute a masking policy, where anyone and everyone who enters, the building is required to wear a mask.
On Friday, their infection rate rose to 7%, then by Tuesday, they were up to 9%.
It was initially projected that masks would become optional again on Monday (November 29th), but since the numbers keep rising, that is looking less and less like a possibility.
