Two longtime employees of Manitowoc-based Bank First have been rewarded for all their hard work.
Matt Longmeyer has been promoted to Vice President – Director of Technology at Bank First.
Matt began his career at Bank First in 2013 as Information Technology Intern.
In this expanded role, Matt will be responsible for all aspects of IT management, network infrastructure, business application systems, and cybersecurity.
Also, Odeyssa Hanke has been promoted to Retail Training Officer.
Odeyssa has been with Bank First for 15 years, starting as a Teller at the bank’s Eighth Street location in 2006.
In her new role, Odeyssa will direct and coordinate the Teller and Customer Service Representative training program, provide leadership to a specialized team of instructors, assist with retail products and initiatives, and continue to conduct bank-wide education on creating an exceptional customer experience.
