Just three days after being arrested for his second domestic abuse charge, a Manitowoc man was arrested on his third.
Officers responded to a residence in the 1300 block of South 19th Street at around 5:00 PM yesterday (November 23rd) after the victim called 911.
When they arrived, the victim was standing outside, and told authorities that the 28-year-old man had gotten into an argument on the day that his 72-hour no-contact order was lifted.
The man reportedly punched the victim multiple times, ripped off her shirt, and strangled her with both hands.
Officers arrested the man, charging him with Battery, and Strangulation, each with Domestic Violence Enhancers, and three counts of Misdemeanor Bail Jumping.
The man has a history of abusing the victim, as he was arrested on similar charges on November 7th, and on November 20th.
