A Manitowoc man was arrested again this weekend on domestic abuse charges after he was arrested earlier this month on similar charges.
Officers were dispatched to a home in the 1300 block of South 19th Street just after midnight on Saturday on a report of a domestic disturbance.
The female victim met the officers outside the home, and she explained that the suspect was intoxicated.
An argument ensued, where the 28-year-old man reportedly punched the victim multiple times and threatened to stab her with a pocket knife.
The victim also said that the man had been abusing her for years, but she just recently started reporting it.
The man was arrested on charges of Battery and Criminal Damage to Property, each with Domestic Violence Enhancers, as well as two counts of Misdemeanor Bail Jumping.
