Teams have been trying to lure Baseball Operations president David Stearns and general manager Matt Arnold away.
The Athletic is reporting the Boston Red Sox has been successful in convincing Mike Groopman to move east.
Groopman has been Milwaukee’s vice president of international scouting and player personnel.
He will assume the assistant general manager’s position with the Red Sox.
Groopman had been with the Milwaukee organization since 2017.
