A Milwaukee man faces a life sentence when he returns to Monroe County Court next year.
38-year-old Michael R. Hartmann was found guilty of first-degree intentional homicide.
Prosecutors told the court Hartmann and two others traveled to Sparta to meet a man on June 11th, 2020.
During the meeting, he killed 61-year-old Anthony Koopman during a robbery attempt.
Hartmann was found guilty earlier this week.
