The Kenosha County jury will resume deliberations this morning (November 18th) in the Kyle Rittenhouse double-murder trial.
While the jury is behind closed doors, defense attorneys asked for a mistrial based on “prosecutorial overreaching.”
They admitted a positive response isn’t likely.
Kenosha County Judge Bruce Schroeder says said he will “think long and hard” before allowing trials in his courtroom to be televised again.
Schroeder has taken exception to media coverage of some of his decisions.
Rittenhouse is on trial for shooting three men during riots last year, killing two of them.
