A man upset over a citation given to one of his family members used his vehicle to ram Cumberland City Hall early Tuesday.
Cumberland police report the arrest of Nicholas F. Brannan.
Officers say he drove his vehicle into the building just before 3:00 a-m.
The Cumberland Police Department is located inside that building and an officer on duty was about 20 feet away from where the vehicle pushed through the wall.
No one was injured.
Brannan has been booked on charges of criminal damage to property, recklessly endangering safety, negligent operation of a vehicle, and operating while intoxicated.
