This is the final week for people to receive their COVID-19 booster shot from the Wisconsin National Guard in Manitowoc.
For the last two weeks, the Guard has been at the Expo Grounds giving booster shots to residents who qualify.
This includes individuals who received the Moderna vaccine at least six months ago that are 65 and older, or 18 and older who live in long-term care, have underlying medical conditions, or work or live in high-risk settings.
Manitowoc County Health Officer Stephanie Lambert told Seehafer News that appointment slots are still available, and walk-ins are welcome.
To schedule an appointment, visit Vaccinate.wi.gov and click “Register Now”.
