
A weekend fire in Sheboygan has left four people without a home.
The Sheboygan Fire Department was informed of the blaze on South 14th Street at around 12:30 PM on Saturday and arrived to find smoke and flames overtaking the second floor of the structure.
They were able to not only put out the fire in quick fashion, but two family felines were also saved in the process.
There was one minor injury reported, which was treated at the scene.
It is not clear at this time what started the fire which caused an estimated $80,000 in damage.
