The City of Sheboygan has announced the second occupant of the former Shopko location on South Taylor Drive.
Ross Dress for Less will occupy 25,200 square feet of space not taken by Hobby Lobby. Ross will be in the northern portion which sits on Erie Avenue.
There is still over 12,000 square feet of space that has yet to be claimed.
Under the tentative agreements, the City of Sheboygan would provide a $325,000 city incentive and a $375,000 business development loan agreement to bridge gaps in operating pro-forma for the two national retailers.
The developer Corta Sheboygan, LLC plans to invest a minimum of $4.6 million in the development of the Project and another $1.2 million expended for the development of an out lot south of the Applebee’s.
