It was a busy weekend for the Green Bay Metro Fire Department.
They responded to a pair of fires, the first of which was called in at around 6:30 PM on Friday.
Crews arrived at the home in the 1000 block of Ethel Avenue to find the blaze in the living room.
The fire caused an estimated $10,000 in damage, and one of the residents had to be treated for smoke inhalation.
The second fire occurred in the 500 block of Skyline Boulevard at around 11:40 AM on Saturday.
That one appears to have originated in the basement and caused an estimated $200,000 in damage.
One person was taken to the hospital, although it is not clear what injuries they sustained.
The cause of both fires remain under investigation at last word.
