A Manitowoc man is facing charges after he reportedly barricaded himself in a home that was up for sale.
Officers were sent to the home in the 1000 block of New York Avenue on a report of a man without a shirt or socks on, acting erratically.
When officers arrived, the suspect entered a home with a for sale sign out front.
They spoke with the man, who claimed to reside at the home, but the real estate agent in charge of the property said that was not true.
The man locked the door to the residence when officers told him he was under arrest, but the agent gave the officers a key to enter the home.
The man stopped fleeing when he saw the officers with a pepper ball launcher and taser drawn.
He was charged with Disorderly Conduct, Criminal Trespass to a Dwelling, Resisting an Officer, and three counts of Felony Bail Jumping.
