As the defense takes center stage in the Kyle Rittenhouse murder trial, Kenosha authorities are checking into reports that a woman was video recording jury members as they arrived Tuesday.
After a deputy spotted it, the person was told to delete the video.
The judge said if it happens again, the recording device should be confiscated.
The protection and secrecy for jurors are important during any trial.
Media members and the public aren’t allowed to take any photos of jurors.
The court was dealing with the matter Tuesday – the same day the prosecution rested its case.
