Authorities in Waukesha have charged a man with arson for setting dumpsters on fire last month.
Bruno Ninaus the Third faces two felony counts of arson and one each of negligent handling of burning material and criminal damage to property.
Surveillance video reportedly shows Ninaus walking by a trash can at the Metro Transit Center and throwing something into it.
Shortly after that flames were coming from the can. Five days later, surveillance video again captured a man police say is Ninaus through something in a dumpster shortly before it started burning.
He may be responsible for starting at least one more fire.
Police say the suspect was out on work release at the time while serving a term for an arson conviction last year.
