One of the three men Kyle Rittenhouse is accused of shooting has told the court he was pointing his gun at the Illinois teenager when he was shot.
The defense in the high-profile trial at the Kenosha County courthouse is contending Rittenhouse fired in defense of his own life last year.
Gaige Grosskreutz was the only one of the three wounded men who didn’t die.
He took the stand Monday.
When asked what was going through his mind as he approached Rittenhouse, Grosskreutz said, “That I was going to die.”
