Former Badgers running back Jonathan Taylor has been named N-F-L Offensive Player of the Month for October.
The Indianapolis Colts ball carrier put up three 100-yard rushing games, had the longest reception of his pro career, and scored at least one touchdown in every game he played.
Taylor finished with 478 rushing yards, 195 receiving yards, and seven touchdowns in just five games.
He kept it up Thursday night in the Colts’ 45-30 win over the New York Jets.
Taylor rushed for 172 yards and two scores, including a 78-yard T-D, and caught two passes for 28 more yards.
