Authorities are asking for the public’s help in locating a Howard man who has gone missing.
According to the Brown County Sheriff’s Department, Phillip Pociopa was last seen on Saturday at around 6:00 PM. His friends and family say that it is out of character for Pociopa to be gone for this long without contacting them.
The man in his early 30s drives a gray 2016 Chevy Impala with a license plate number 153-ZBN.
