Charges have been dropped against a 29-year-old driver who was previously accused of killing two people in a crash while he was drunk.
Brown County District Attorney David Lasee told the court Wednesday that Marcus Walker is being released. Lasee says Walker’s blood alcohol content test came back below the legal limit.
The DA says his office is still investigating the October crash and charges could be filed in the future.
Forty-two-year-old Jamie Lee Cain and 41-year-old Katherine Mae-Rathie Dunn died in the October 23rd crash. Walker’s brother, Joseph, suffered severe injuries to his face.
