It’s a puzzle. Madison police are trying to find out how a Toyota Corolla ended up in the waters of Lake Monona.
The car was towed to shore Monday morning.
Somebody spotted it just off the Olin Park boat launch.
Divers were dispatched to search the water nearby, but they didn’t find any bodies, or anyone apparently connected to the car.
Investigators are going to make the necessary checks to see if it was reported stolen.
