Three people had to be treated at local hospitals following an accident Monday morning in Ashwaubenon.
A total of eight vehicles were involved in the pileup at the intersection of Babcock Road and Highway 172.
Officials report that a vehicle was traveling east on 172 at around 8:00 AM when it slammed into a line of vehicles that stopped at the intersection.
The vehicle reportedly drove between the two lines of vehicles, hitting each one along the way, before striking another vehicle that was turning south.
Traffic was blocked for about an hour as authorities investigated the incident, and crews cleaned up the wreckage.
As mentioned, three people were transported to local hospitals with minor injuries.
Officials indicated that a medical issue may have been the cause of the crash.
