
A 45-year-old Appleton man has been sentenced in a 2019 case involving drugs and fleeing.
Tony Weaver will spend the next 11-years in prison and the next 11 years on extended supervision after he was convicted on charges including Possession of Methamphetamine with Intent to Deliver, possession of THC, and Drug Paraphernalia, both as a Repeater, and Eluding an Officer among others.
Officers had attempted to pull Weaver over on I-41 in April 2019, but he fled from police.
He was eventually caught and found in possession of Meth and Marijuana.
Weaver will spend his jail time at the Waupun Correctional Institution.
