Several golfers witnessed the crash of a small plane Saturday at about 5:00 p-m in Waukesha County.
Several of them and some drivers on nearby Highway 164 in the Town of Lisbon provided help until emergency responders arrived.
The 61-year-old pilot had to be airlifted to a hospital.
No names have been released.
One witness said that the plane might have hit a power line on its way down because electrical service was out in the neighborhood.
