The Minnesota Timberwolves outlasted to Milwaukee Bucks 113-108 last night at the Fiserv Forum.
The Wolves scored 44 points in the first quarter and never trailed.
The Bucks did pull to within one point late in the 4th quarter, but their rally fell short.
Giannis Antetokounmpo carried Milwaukee with 40 points, 16 rebounds and 7 assists, while Khris Middleton had 16 and Grayson Allen finished with 13 points.
D’Angelo Russel led Minnesota with 29 points while Karl Anthony Towns and Anthony Edwards each scored 25.
The Bucks played another game without point guard Jrue Holiday and center Brook Lopez.
The Spurs visit Milwaukee Saturday night.
