A special Halloween event is being planned this Sunday at the Manitowoc Youth Sports Complex at Citizen Park.
Manitowoc Youth Baseball and Softball is inviting all children to the festivities, which will run from 3:00 to 5:00 PM.
Officer Nick Place and K-9 Major will be special guests, along with members of the Manitowoc Fire Department, with a fire truck.
The event is free, and children can make four trick-or-treat stops.
There will be free fresh popcorn, hot chocolate, and water from the concession stand.
