The City of Plymouth has announced that the City Council voted to terminate the contract of their City Administrator.
Effective immediately, Jordan Skiff is no longer part of the city staff, and the City is looking to find his replacement.
While no reason was given for the decision, it should be noted that a special meeting of the Council was called to discuss the dismissal or discipline of a public employee.
It was not stated explicitly that Skiff was the employee in question, and Mayor Don Pohlman said that he would not comment on personnel matters.
Cathy Austin has been selected to fill the role on an interim basis as the Council looks for a more permanent solution.
