Manitowoc Mayor Justin Nickels has presented his 2022 budget to the Common Council.
In his budget, the mayor has called for a 1.5% property tax decrease, and to lower the City’s debt for the 13th consecutive year.
Nickels is expected to have more information this morning as he joins Lee Douglas on WOMT’s Be My Guest program.
