Manitowoc Mayor Justin Nickels
Manitowoc Mayor Justin Nickels will be named president of the League of Wisconsin Municipalities next Thursday.
The group will hold its annual conference Thursday, beginning at noon, where Governor Tony Evers will address members, and it will be announced that Nickels has been elected as the next President.
This is the 123rd annual League conference and will be held at the KI Center in Green Bay.
Nickels has been serving as Mayor of Manitowoc since 2009 when he was elected as the youngest mayor in the state.
