
A huge turnover on a fourth-quarter running play by Army helped the Badgers hold off the Black Knights Saturday 20-14.
Linebacker Leo Chenal tackled the Army runner and forced a fumble that was recovered by Keannu Benton at the one-yard line.
Quarterback Graham Mertz scored his second touchdown making the lead 20-7.
Chenal was the star on defense by piling up 17 tackles.
Freshman running back Braelon Allen came up with his second straight 100-yard game, rushing for 108 on 16 carries and scoring his third touchdown.
With the victory, Wisconsin climbed back to a .500 record at 3-3.
The Badgers put their two-game winning streak on the line Saturday afternoon at Purdue, who upset number-two Iowa on the road 24-7.
