The Packers defense has allowed only 11 plays of more than 20 yards this N-F-L season, the second-best performance in the league after five games.
Only Buffalo has done better, only allowing eight big plays.
Despite those impressive numbers, there’s work to be done.
Thirteen times Green Bay opponents have made it into the red zone and 13 times they’ve scored touchdowns.
That, of course, is last in the N-F-L.
Stopping the opponents inside the 20 and turning seven points into three points is an important part of situational football.
The good news there is only four teams have allowed opponents inside the 20 fewer times than the Packers.
