A man from the Upper Peninsula has pleaded guilty in a child sex case in Oshkosh.
42-year-old Scott Sundberg on Ishpeming Michigan began messaging an individual he believed was the parent of a 15-year-old girl, who was actually an undercover police officer.
During their conversations, he sent images of children engaged in explicit sexual activity to the undercover FBI agent, who was working with the Winnebago County Sheriff’s Office.
Sundberg was indicted on a charge of Using a Computer to Persuade, Induce, or Entice a Minor to Engage in Sexual Activity, which means he will spend a minimum of 10 years in prison.
The full extent of his sentence will be determined in court on January 18th.
