A preliminary hearing has been rescheduled for a Chicago man accused of abuse causing the death of a one-year-old boy.
Antonio Homan faces one count of first-degree reckless homicide.
His hearing was originally set for Wednesday.
Emergency responders found the victim unconscious and with no pulse when they arrived on September 30th.
The child, Zion Price, was taken to Children’s Wisconsin.
The 22-year-old Homan and the boy’s 32-year-old mother were arrested.
The Milwaukee County District Attorney’s Office says charges against the mother are pending.
