Former Badgers linebacker T-J Edwards has been named the N-F-C Special Teams Player of the Week.
Edwards blocked a fourth-quarter punt to give his Philadelphia Eagles team excellent field position for its game-winning drive.
Edwards also had two solo tackles and three assisted tackles during the 21-18 win over the Panthers.
Former Big Ten players swept the N-F-C awards, with Michigan’s Tom Brady named the conference’s Offensive Player of the Week and Ohio State’s Marshon Lattimore named its Defensive Player of the Week.
