Charges have now officially been filed against a 19-year-old Green Bay man for a sexual assault that occurred earlier this month.
Di’Anthony Rowe has been charged with Second Degree Sexual Assault with Use of Force and Possession of THC.
The assault reportedly occurred in the 100 block of East Walnut Street at around 3:30 AM on October 1st.
The victim told police that Rowe was standing outside her residence as she came home from a night out and asked for a glass of water.
She said that Rowe claimed to be trying to get in touch with a woman who lived in the building but couldn’t make contact, so the victim let him into the lobby.
While the two conversed, Rowe reportedly put his hand down the victim’s pants and grabbed her inappropriately.
The woman punched Rowe until he let go, and he fled from the scene.
He was later located and arrested.
Rowe is being held on a $25,000 bond, with his next court appearance next week Thursday (October 21st).
