
The Reedsville Panthers fall six places to number nine in this week’s AP Small Schools Division Football Poll following their 28 to 18 loss to Cedar Grove-Belgium last Friday night in a battle of Big East Conference heavyweights.
It was the Panthers’ first loss of the season while the Rockets with the victory move up two spots to a tie for sixth with Highland.
Hilbert-Lourdes Academy of Oshkosh and St. Mary’s Springs of Fond Du Lac receive votes.
The Regis Ramblers of Eau Claire maintain the top spot receiving nine of ten first-place votes.
The undefeated Spartans of Luxemburg-Casco are fifth in the Medium Schools Division. Plymouth is tenth.
Kohler/Sheboygan Lutheran/Christian and Denmark received votes while Catholic Memorial of Waukesha remained Number one.
In the Large Schools Division, the 8-0 Kimberly Papermakers move up from third to a tie for second with Sun Prairie.
Appleton North stays at number eight.
De Pere receives votes and Franklin stays atop the poll.
