The 33-year-old driver of a car involved in a fatal Walworth County crash last weekend faces a potential charge of operating while intoxicated.
Timothy M. Creiglow is being treated at a hospital for the injuries he suffered in the crash.
The victim’s name hasn’t been released.
A 9-1-1 caller reported a reckless driver nearly hitting a second car on Highway 12 Saturday at about 11:20 PM.
That caller followed the car until the fatal accident happened in La Grange.
Creiglow will also likely be charged with homicide by intoxicated use of a motor vehicle.
