An agreement for a $60 million development project has been inked in Sheboygan County.
The Town of Sheboygan approved the agreement with Van Horn Development LLC, which will be building on the I-43 and Highway 42 interchange.
The massive project will include office and retail space, as well as multi and single-family homes, as well as townhomes, with open spaces for recreational facilities.
The Town is contributing roughly $12.4 million for the project, while Van Horn will take care of the remaining $48 million.
This project did not just happen overnight, as the planning process began in 2017.
