There are a lot of new players wearing Badgers basketball uniforms and that has the Big Ten media not expecting very much.
An informal poll of two media members from each of the 14 conference schools finds Wisconsin predicted to finish 10th.
The votes for coach Greg Gard’s team ranged between seventh and 12th.
The media expects Michigan or Purdue to win.
They tied at the top of the poll, with the Wolverines getting one more first-place vote, 13-to-12.
