Badgers quarterback Graham Mertz showed some signs of finding his rhythm before he was hurt in the loss to Michigan last weekend.
If he’s able to go this week, he could light it up during a road trip to Illinois.
Coach Bret Bielema’s Illini are ranked 119th in passing yards allowed this season.
It hasn’t been confirmed that Mertz will play yet, so it may be up to the Badgers’ strong defense.
