A 30-year-old woman was arrested in Manitowoc recently after she reportedly attacked her boyfriend.
The dispatch center was contacted by the victim at around 1:00 PM yesterday (October 4th), who claimed the duo was near the intersection of South 10th and Franklin Streets, but they were found in their vehicle in the Alpert & Fellows parking lot a few blocks north.
When the officers made contact with the individuals, they noticed a white, foamy substance covering a large section of the interior of their car.
The woman claimed they had gotten into an argument, which resulted in her throwing a milkshake at the man.
He confirmed the story, and both claimed nothing else happened, however, a report from a witness to the situation, and the fact that the man had fresh wounds led officers to determine that the woman had struck the man.
She was arrested on charges of Disorderly Conduct with a Domestic Violence Enhancer, and two counts of Felony Bail Jumping, and was placed on a probation hold.
